There is never an excuse whether you live in a housing project or not to abuse an animal. I am calling for the arrest and conviction of the quilty person or persons who deliberly harm and torture an animal.

There is NEVER an excuse to allow a loose aggressive dog to get out of the yard unsupervised and have their dog kill another dog and bite a human being. The person or persons can run and hide even move out but trouble will follow them where ever they go.
